About crushers
МЕКА crushers is a professional device intended for grinding various materials, mainly rocks. High performance, reliability, easy operation and maintenance, as well as an affordable price have made MEKA crushers popular and in demand in many countries around the world.
The main types of MEKA crushers
The Turkish manufacturer produces a wide range of crushers, which differ from each other in terms of design and performance. All MEKA crushers can be divided into several groups:
- Jaw
- Cone
- Primary
- Secondary
- Tertiary
- Vertical shaft
Models from the first group grind materials of any hardness by pressing with special jaws, one of which is movable and the other is in a fixed position. These crushers can be used for first or second stage crushing of rocks and ores.
Cone crushers of the MEKA type are widely used in the mining and construction industries. They are ideal for crushing basalt, river stone and highly abrasive ores.
Primary type crushers are used for crushing soft rocks (gypsum, limestone). The rotary principle of operation makes it possible to achieve the highest possible crushing and uniformity.
Secondary crushers are used for the production of cube-shaped crushed stone, as well as for the processing of asphalt pavement and the crushing of materials of different hardness, from dolomite to basalt.
Tertiary crushers are ideal for crushing medium-hard rocks. They are often used for the production of asphalt and concrete components.
MEKA vertical shaft crushers use centrifugal force and impact forces, which makes it possible to obtain the smallest fraction from rocks and ores of different degrees of hardness.
he huge assortment of different types of MEKA crushers allows you to choose the ideal equipment for solving specific tasks.
